most of 1 box of au gratin potatoes
most of 1 box of macaroni and cheese
medium french fry
2 bowls of Kix
0.5 grapefruit
4 strawberries
Monday, Feb. 20
2 cans of Coke
1 box of fetuccini alfredo
9 strawberries
some colby
some baby carrots
three glasses of ice water
a prescription-strength ibuprofen
some corn
some green beans french-style
cheeseburger with wheat bread instead of a bun

I really think you need to get more starch in your diet.
